Nils is Head of Analytics at the digital agency Beyond, based in the London office. Beyond is a digital agency that works with both purely digital brands such as Google, Apple, Facebook, as well as established brands like Sainsbury’s, Novartis, and Virgin.  

He is responsible for Beyond’s methodologies that translate large amounts of data on what people say and do online into ideas for creating better experiences across a brand’s digital touch points. 

Nils has more than eighteen years of experience managing research and consulting projects globally for clients such as Cisco, Sony, Visa, and Microsoft. Areas of research specialization include: brand health measurement, social media analytics, and digital channel strategies. He previously ran Next Fifteen’s research brand Context Analytics based in San Francisco, now part of Beyond. Before joining Context, Nils was a director at Broadlane, a U.S. business process outsourcing firm; a venture strategist at KS2, an technology investment fund investing in Silicon Valley start-ups; and an analyst at SMG (now part of WPP’s Kantar), a management consulting and research firm specializing in the technology industry.
